Robotic Surgery

Centura Health Offers Robotic Surgery

If you or a loved one has been diagnosed with a condition that may require surgery, your physician will take time to provide you with information on your medical options, which may include robotic surgery, based on your condition and other considerations. As part of its Robotics program, Centura Health has invested in a quality registry, assembled a physician-led council and regularly monitors quality and outcomes data based on national studies and published reports.

What is State-of-the-Art Robotics?

State-of-the-art robotics and computer technologies scale, filter and seamlessly translate your surgeon's hand movements into precise micro-movements of the medical instruments. These instruments or 'hands' can rotate 360 degrees and are so precise they can thread a tiny needle.
