Make a payment online
Please read the instructions below on how to pay your bill, then choose a facility from the following list and then click the “Pay Now” button.
Instructions on how to pay your bill:
Step 1 – Please enter the patient name as it is shown on the statement
Step 2 – Entering the account number:
A) Please enter the account number (highlighted in yellow on the samples below) exactly as it is displayed on the bill into the field labeled “patient id#”.
B) If the account number format contains a dash, the numbers after the dash will need to be entered into a second additional field.
Step 3 – Enter your “unique reference number” (highlighted in green on the samples below) if it appears on your bill.
Refund requests for payments made on-line through Centura Health's web-site should be submitted by contacting the phone number noted on the receipt. Valid refund requests will be credited onto the card used in the original transaction. Credits will appear on the cardholder's statement within approximately 12 business days of request being received.
