Julie Ambory

Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer

Julie joined Centura Health in 2010 as senior vice president and chief human resources officer. She is responsible for all of the human resources functions across Centura Health and brings special expertise and creativity to the development of our Talent Management and Cultural Engineering initiatives.

Julie came to Centura Health with a strong background in Talent Management, as well as having a breadth of experience in all human resources functions. Most recently, she was a senior vice president of human resources and the Global Leader of the Talent Management Center of Excellence at First Data Corporation in Greenwood Village, Colo. Prior to that, she held various human resources leadership positions with talent-leading organizations such as Bank of America in Charlotte, N.C.; Motorola, Inc., in Schaumburg, Ill.; and AlliedSignal, Inc., in Morristown, N.J.

Julie received her master's in Labor & Industrial Relations in 1992 from Michigan State University, and her bachelor's degree in social science (economics) in 1989 from James Madison College of Michigan State University.
