Centura Health offers their Associates a number of opportunties to pursue their educational goals. Most of the Centura facilities offer tuition reimbursement to offset the costs of education. Depending on the facility where the associate works and the status of the Associate, full and part-time associates are eligible for between $1250 and $3000 per year in tuition reimbursement. These programs require attending approved courses, and will support costs for tuition. Books may also be included.
Our facilities also provide support for mandatory clinical education and training. Based on requirements for each position, your direct manager will assist you in obtaining these mandatory education programs, if hired.
