Pam Nicholson

Senior Vice President, Strategic Integration

Pam Nicholson has served the Centura Health family for more than 23 years. Pam is senior vice president for strategic integration, primarily responsible for leading the statewide system in developing and integrating strategy. She also provides leadership in the areas of business development, planning, strategic marketing, outreach health, advocacy, new product development, network growth and diversification. Additionally, Pam is passionate about numerous projects and pilots across the state designed to transform and improve health care for all Coloradans. To these projects, she lends her expertise in physician alignment, managed care operations, community partnerships, and health care product development.

Pam has been appointed by more than one Colorado Governor to various health care commissions, including the Governor’s Blue Ribbon Commission for Health Care Reform. She was recently appointed to the Colorado Accountable Care Collaborative, and also serves on the boards of the Colorado Rural Health Center, Health Access Pueblo, and two Centura Health hospitals. Pam is a member of the following organizations: American College of Healthcare Executives; Society for Healthcare Strategy and Market Development; Healthcare Financial Management Association; and is also a Bighorn Leadership Fellow.
